Dr. Kezhakielie Whiso (Kezha) was born and educated in Kohima, Nagaland. He completed his schooling from Charles De Witt King School and went on to graduate from Kohima Science College, Jotsoma. He completed both his Master's in Geology and Ph.D from Nagaland University. He currently works as a Geo-scientist in a national oil company
and makes his home in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. He enjoys reading, music (just listening!), going for a hike and the occasional 'spurts' of writing. He is deeply passionate about rocks and micro-fossils, which he studies for a living. This is his first book- a collection of poems, written over a period of nearly two decades.
