My Life Story

Chingwang Konyak's auto-biography at hand reflects some of the hard realities. No one except Chingwang Konyak could have brought in various facets of Naga life so well. The heart of this auto-biography is devoted to his early life, education and 55 years of association with the Nagaland Nationalist Organization Party, the Indian National Congress Party and the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party, as member of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly and as member of the Indian Parliament (Lok Sabha). He also offers a personal perspective of working in Government and in opposition. In Circa 2024 at this ripe, he has reasons to feel excited because he has been able to establish himself as an individual Naga leader who achieved many milestones. About this book one must say - readers may enter a new horizon as amateurs, but they will return as giants of scholarship.
